Working on a Dresser 515C loader. Steers fine if you steer slow, try it fast and almost locks up. Checked pressures and main pump pressure is good. Pressure at steering valve when steering is 1200 psi low. Tried adjusting relief valve and will not raise. Any other ideas before I pull steering valve out. Thanks for any help
