I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with drilling frozen ground? We have been making due with carbide teeth and the bear claw tip. What im looking at is an pengo rock tip. and or out riggers. were just having too many tooth bolts breaking when hooking a rock that's in the frost line. our ground is pretty much a clay base with the odd field stone and frozen up to 3ft. Just curious if anyone has used that rock tip and if its worth the bucks.
