oil in cylinders Bobcat

I have a 2000 bobcat 873 with a Deutz diesel it started to have black smoke coming out of the exhaust shut it down and checked the oil. it was down 1qt, add it then went to restart the motor it cranked for a moment then locked up. I had it towed to my garage there was oil in the muffler as well as the air cleaner. we took off the valve cover 1 of the rockers was just laying loose on top of the head. we then remove the glow plugs and cranked the engine by hand oil shot out from three of the glow plug holes. At this point we thought it was a head gasket that blown, so we pulled the head off . upon inspection there appears to be no signs of the head gasket failing and Only three of the cylinders had oil in them. how did the oil get in both the exhaust and intake? is the loose rocker a separate issue how did a large amount of oil get in the cylinders and why only three of them ? 2nd cylinder had the rocker off 4th cylinder had no oil in it

typical duetz oil problems are from a head gasket, but it also could be the turbo shaft seals. any oil in the turbo, or intake manifold? :drinkup

air filter, intake and exhaust manifold as well as the muffler were soaked/filled with oil

why would the cylinder with the rocker off be filled with oil if the valves were not opening ? and could the turbo leak enough oil to hydro lock the motor ? there is no oil on the outside of the turbo how can I tell if it is bad ?

just because the rocker arms are off now, doesnt mean they werent off when the cylinder filled with oil. i'd be looking very closely at the head gasket, turbo, pushrods and timing belt before starting any type of repair. must be a reason for the rocker arm to be off. :drinkup
