Are these a serviceable item or do I just have to replace the pumps? They aren’t leaking at the line connection but below that. I am still looking into diagrams but figured I post here. If it matter machine is a Terex 5519.
I’ve never seen one exactly like that.. Normally they’re just Bosch pumps and serviceable..as long as no “hard parts” are needed. Delivery valve gaskets and holder orings are available.. But once u get into plunger and barrels and delivery valves, it’s cheaper to buy a pump. Once u get the holder loose, there’s a spring under it.. just a small spring, nothing big that’s gonna fly out.. just something to watch for.. The holder NEEDS TO BE TORQUE TIGHTENED.. 30-35 FTLBS..
