Ok so I went to move the old hd21 and it was steering stupid or not at all, I know I need to break free or adjust the steering clutches but seriously I have never been around these old rigs can somebody tell me what to do? I know I could figure it out but I would rather hear something from a direct source from experience Thanks, Pj
Filter plugged I had a HD16DP that acted that way at times. There should be a filter left front under hood that has a cleanable screen for the steering boost line.. On some models the same oil in back end was used for steering boost and tended to get particles in it . Just a thought. catdw21e
