Anyone have a good generic residential driveway damage waiver. What's the best advice for backing up a triaxle dump truck onto someone's concrete driveway besides don't do it? I'm worried about cracking and sinking even if you stay away from the edges. Even my 6 yard dump truck can crack a driveway. email to [email protected] .

You can put whatever on the ticket, it helps when you get to court, but it DOES NOT keep them from filing suit and costing you a bunch of time and money, even if you win.
