Dump Truck maximum productivity.

Hi guys. From my experience I think its just common sense to have every machine working to the best of its ability on a mass excavation where there could be a 70 ton machine loading ten 40 ton dump trucks or maybe more. How do you avoid bunching, queuing and idleness of dump trucks and the loading excavator on mass excavations? (e.g. an artificial lake, road cutting, or general large landscaping project where the material must be transported over a distance of maybe 1-5 miles)

Set the machine up right, on a bench queing is unavoidablr unless you add more diggers, normally on a 5 km riund trip 12 a40 volvos to a 365cat and a d85px pushing the other end, personally id prefer a hitachi loading less breakdowns!

I have found that no matter how many trucks and how far the drivers all have to be able to see each other. That seems to be the biggest problem.
