Not a big deal, lay the boom out flat remove the snap ring and the top hose. Pull the swivel off, put a pail under the area, you will get some oil, the seal is inner and outer o'rings and a plastic compression ring that is flat and three layers thick. Any good hydraulic shop should have the parts. I own 2-290's, a 490K and a 490.

Dave Laing in NJ, 908-337-4157, he is Mr. Dynahoe, was the dealer and still does repairs and sells parts, good guy to deal with, he can UPS the parts to you.

:iagree The part numbers will NOT do you any good. Their for a 1900, and Dave has very very tittle information on that model. Are you sure you used the correct size o-ring and back-up? This is not a high wear item...

This is not an esoteric part, it's a common SAE ORB male by JIC male high pressure swivel, any decent hydraulic hose shop will have it in stock or can order it in for you. Or measure up the thread sizes and order the swivel online.

Hi bigg , did you ever get this fixed? I replaced these seals (not o-rings) on my machine today. If you want the part numbers just say so.

Just in case someone else might give a hairy rats butt, the part numbers are 9505K25 and 9560K67 from McMaster-carr .
