Eager beaver roto D rings

We need to add four more tie downs to our 20HALX trailer. Eager Beaver allows this modification to the outside rails, and sells the parts. Must be welded to spec of course. Problem is, the EB roto rings are very expensive, and we would like to purchase an aftermarket ring. However, Rud, Jacobs, Chicago, do not sell the ring clip that welds through the back plate, rather than fillet welds to the plate. Anyone know who makes the ring and clip for EB?
