Does any know of an electrode oven that will hold a two rolls of wire, some electrodes and some filler rod that doesn't cost 3k? Filler rod fitting isn't a deal breaker, but i picked up a diversion 180 from my uncle so it'd be nice. I can always cut filler rod down if i'm gonna keep it on hand for awhile.
Find an old smallish junk refrigerator w/ metal shelves, cut a hole in the back and mount a porcelain lite socket there. Install a 75 w or 100 w incandescent bulb, if you can find one, and keep the lite on 24/7. Works just as good as a #3k one. Mike
We used to have just a plywood cabinate about tha size of a small fridge with a porceline socket on the bottom c/w a 150 watt flodlight bulb pointing up. Worked like a hot damn even in our unheated shop. d.d.
