Engine code Cat 308E2

Operator sent me this picture. I’m away for the weekend and don’t have the serial number on me. Machine is a Cat 308e2 Is there a way to access codes? Just trying to get a jumpstart on figuring what’s wrong. Before dealer opens Tuesday.

    hi,press button labelled 1,this will take you to the settings menu. select diagnostics and post results back to us and we will try and help Mark

    looks like you have the earlier screen no diagnostics with that one Mark
