Hello. I work for a digital design agency – we are redesigning the website of a construction equipment manufacturer (I won’t say who if you don’t mind, so everyone can be honest) We wanted to find out what people thought about some well known equipment manufacturers – and thought folks on this forum would have some strong opinions. We are looking at folks like: Volvo Construction Equipment Caterpillar John Deere Bobcat Komatsu New Holland JCB We wanted to get a sense of what's good and bad about these folks - what people think of them off the cuff. Who makes the most reliable equipment?, who has the best dealer network?, the best after-sales service?, the best training?, the best fleet management? – the best whatever you think is important. If you can let us know your thoughts, we can do our best to fix some of the problems you note in the site we design. Many thanks. InterestedParty.
