Equipment Storage and Maintenance

Hi All, Its been quite some time since I've been on here and posted! I'm in the process of completing my Construction Safety Officer Designation and in need of a little help. I have to put together a crew talk on equipment storage and maintenance thought I'd see if anyone has some suggestions or ideas they think would be good to include in a crew talk! Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated! Cheers Ed
