error code

While diagnose a komatsu PC400-6 I am having the following error: E234 Any idea? Thanks

    Didn't see an E234 in Shop Manual for PC400. I've seen this on other models though. If my memory serves me correctly it had something to do with active mode. Make sure the button lights up when it's depressed, I've seen the button stop working a time or two. If not check the solenoid, should be aroud 60-80 ohms I think.

    Yes i think it is the active mode solenoid, because when i press the active mode button i don't see a difference in boom raise speed.
