We have one machine already coming E1389-3 and also Exhaust NOX sensor error(3002-12) maybe after we change the Exhaust NOX sensor still need ET dealer/factory password for clear this code E1389-3?
Please post a machine Serial Number. Has the engine gone into limp mode.? 3002-12 does not necessarily indicate a failed sensor. The circuit should be tested and confirmed to be good before you replace the sensor. See the attachment.
S/N:MG500939 Yes now engine only running at low idle Yes we are already check & test all wire & connection is good
In that case it will require factory passwords to clear the Codes and restore the engine to full operation.
