My injectors were leaking so I removed them and replaced the O rings and buttoned it back up again.Trying to bleed the system I have fuel coming out of the in and out on the filter and on the pump but nothing at the injectors after hand pumping as well as cranking it over.Machine ran fine before fixing the leaking orings.Have tried cranking it with the lines tightened and then cracking a line zero air or fuel.Have cracked all 6 lines and cranked the motor zero air or fuel.What am I missing
Missing?? Injection pump & injector training for starters. Lol Is it possible u have the injectors in backwards.?? Regardless, your pump isn’t pumping.. Leave the lines loosened & start cranking.. Does the inj pump have a hand primer on it.?? USE IT BEFORE U START CRANKING.. & if u have a helper, work the hp WHILE CRANKING.. till u get fuel up to the injectors, then tighten the lines.. 1 more thing.. if it has a supply pump bolted to the side of the main injection pump, the inlet fuel line that comes into the BOTTOM of the supply pump, hand primer side, has a banjo bolt connector w a filter screen in it.. they are ALWAYS CLOGGED.. check it 1st before wearing out your starter.. Ex 400 is purring like a kitten again.Appreciate you sharing your knoweldge with a pre 101 like myself.The screen had a bit of crap but not enough to be the problem.The trick was the hand pump same time as cranking.It started to fire so I stopped and screwed the hand pump down.Cranked somemore not firing at all went back to both and it fired and started.
