EX100-2 slow and stalling

i have ex100 excavator and everything was working fine all day. Then all of a sudden every control was really slow. when i extend any cylinders completely the machine Boggs and stalls. cleaned fuel line, replace A ,N,P, DP, PDSV 1&2 and both controller but no change. fuses also good. i have no dr ex so its difficult to find the erro code, im interested to know if there is anyway to get the erro code manually?? really need help.. thanks in advance..

    you need dr zx. to diagnose it properly. where did you get the PDSV? China? it doesn't mean that if you replace all the parts it solves the problem. the process for this is trial by elimination.

    thanks for your advice sir, all of those parts I remove from another machine, I've call local dealer here but they are only available on next Wednesday, sir I've read your previous post and I know you are familiar with dash 2 machine, do you have face same symptom before or any suggestion? thanks in advance..

    How about the PVC computer did you replace it?

    yes sir, i've replace both ec and pvc but no change..still stalling, sir I've read what you have post on 17/07/2010 which is related to read fault codes on the pvc status light.. hope you can help and im very appreciate it

    I have a ex100-3 and had same issues 1 month ago. Did you clean the screen in the banjo bolt? It may be clogged.

    i think your machine have a hydraulic pump problem. it's may be stick some spool of pump regulator. hence you already checked all electrical component with trial & error, now you must attend your mind of 01. wire harness 02. hydraulics pump regulator please send me fault codes on the pvc status light.....that forum i search but that link not valid more ...... thanks, amalka

    thanks for reply Mr. Amalka. yes the link is not valid any more... i hope someone share the procedure on how to get fault codes from pvc status light. for your info i already check the harness, harness between pvc and ec, pvc to sensors, got no problem. i have no ex100 manual so i refer to ex200-2 manual which you emailed me last year. its very helpful and once again thanks for that. today i'll check the fork of angle sensor..
