Hey hef new motor and ec sensor installed with key on sensor moves to 2.5 volts. Idle. When p is selected it goes to 4.8+ volts and then motor steps back down to 3.8 volts..... this is self learn before the switch. Any thoughts welcome.
The EC motor cycles at every key on cycle. That is normal if that is your question. Is there an issue with the throttle control? Voltages during that time I haven't a clue. Just note that with that system, never unplug the EC motor connector while the key is on. It will ruin the controller.
Motor has been unhooked many times with key on.... The issue is it won't stay at high idle after few cycles it will relearn and work like supposed to then after that cycle it will calibre to where all functions are below the 2.5 volts it needs to idle. 4.5-5 volts is full throttle.
