I've been fighting my POS Hitachi for longer than I care to think about, it has the standard problem. It always starts working again if you wait long enough, but maybe not this time, so I just pulled the plunger on the bottom of the pump and rotated it so I could at least get to a better spot, but it still barely moves. How should it behave with the plunger turned? :Banghead
lol sorry mate i had the same issues with my ex200 rotating the plunger puts the pump at 1/3 stroke annoying but works slow. i did that and sold it and got rid of all my frustrations!
