Not sure about the little machines but the teeth on my 12 ton are put on with pins you have to pound in.

look when you put on the teeth, the teeth must being without play, maybe the support is very waste, the pin is only the key.

Found this picture. The pin for yours is like this? My Case excavator bucket has horizontal pins.

yes thanks mate thats how my pins look. so its just a matter of knocking them out ? the tooth has come off but the weld on adaptor as per the above pic is still there with the pin still in it ???? i think the top of the pin has broken away ? maybe ?? i just need to get it out of the weld adaptor/

Make sure you use the pin and don't weld it on....the bushings don't like that.

On your tooth there should be a part # on the square edge- skinny part. The metal pin will have a sawtooth edge and there should be a rubberized 'keeper' that goes opposite of the pin. Smaller buckets like yours frequently use something like a 18s tooth. Just get the associated pin and keeper.

It is just a roll pin retainer should hammer right out,but looks like the adpter is worn, may be hard to keep the tooth on

so hargrove i should just weld on the last tooth as well since the other two are welded on ??

You could also put a thinner rollpin in the first one to let it last a bit longer.

yes just weld them back on you will have to replaced the adapters sometime anyway
