Excavator Hydraulic Coupler Questions

I'm looking at excavator hydraulic coupler options and wonder your experiences with a Geith. Just by looking at it, it looks compact built for minimum bucket breakout force loss as compared to some other brands. What I really like is that it uses the bucket cylinder lines instead of the pilot lines to operate the lock. All that needs to be routed from the excavator to the arm is a cable for operating a valve. I know one excavator business that has all of its couplers reconfigured that way. Much better performance in cold weather and the lock gets tightened every time the bucket cylinder operates. Are there other brands which use that principle?
