Excavator lack of power

Cat wheel excavator m315 overheated and cracked the cylinder head. After changing the cylinder head now the machine lacks power to lift the boom even when it’s empty . What can be the reason ?

    Good day If the problem became apparent after the engine repair suggests that the issue is with that repair, engine checking is straight forward >Compression check > Fuel equipment timing and pressure > Induction along with turbo where applicable. Kind regards Uffex
