I have a fiat FR10 loader, with no 3rd spool valve. anybody have any ideas how to get aux hydraulics? just running a tree spade so could tap into something else to get flow? Thanks
What brand valve do you have? Some valves like Commercial are in sections and you could just add another section. Others have a power beyond port in the return section. It would look like a fairly large Hex plug in the end of the return to tank section. There would be available a sleeve with seals or Orings that you would put behind the plug, then install a fitting in place of the Hex plug. Then run a hose from there to another valve. plug the return to tank port on the original valve, then use the return to tank port on the new valve for tank return. Third option is a double pump or add another pump if there is a drive flange for one.
I would have to find and switch valve banks. parts, valve body rebuild and install quote was 9k. salavage valve bank alone was 4.5K
don't know if it will work well with a tree spade but 2 of our loaders do not have a 3rd valve. for the power angle plows we installed a diverter valve into the bucket curl. pull a t handle and the curl lever becomes the 3rd hyd. push it back and goes back to curling the bucket. was a cheap option for us
