Did you remove the wire lock yet.? The attached instructions (Step 2) may help.
Thank you Nige, I have the tip of the wire exposed at the plug hole, but cannot spin the cover to start the wire out, I have a bolt in each cover plug hole, and using a bar to try to spin cover but not budging, tried heating also....
