My opinion for a hand-held extinguisher. Dry powder - and remember that regular servicing will be required to prevent the machine vibration hardending the powder to the consistency of concrete over an extended period of time. If an on-board fire suppression system is the aim then a combination of dual (dry powder and wet agent) systems is usually recommended.
