   Thanks appreciate that. Afex is not CE approved so we never see them in Europe and actually world wide we come across these rarely-so thats interesting. Where are you based Nige if you dont mind me asking?

   You must be working on the wrong kit ........ AFEX is pretty well the Number in in Latin America & the Caribbean, strong in Asia & Australia, & pretty well shares the mining machine market with Ansul in North America. Just because something isn't CE approved doesn't mean it's an inferior product.

   As another comment, and it determines up front most decisions on what make of system to buy, is how good the system supplier's product support is in a particular area or country where a customer's operations are concentrated.

   Of corse it is not crucial that a system is CE approved if outside the EU, its just many of the systems we fit for dealers such as Volvo, Liebherr, and Cat move around the world in their lifespan. Yes support, especially local support is important. Im the marketing manager at Ardent, not in sales, so im not trying the sell our system through this forum, its just a really good way for me to gather information, and opinions on fire suppression. Thankyou for answering my questions
