That’s a tough one. All you can do is take everything apart and clean the components. Blow the hoses out, rebuild the cylinders, swing motor, clean and reseal the travel motors, and so forth.
Not to mention, flush the hydraulic tank with diesel, till it’s spotless.

It might be a stupid question but did you confirm that it’s the pump.?

You have to host the video elsewhere such as YouTube and link it. The reason I asked is that the possibility exists that the failure could be in some other rotating component and the pump noise is merely the symptom. My suggestion would be more testing to confirm your diagnosis. Hopefully one of the Deere experts will be able to advise you.
