My 555D has the Therm-o-start manifold heater - where, when activated, it glows hot then puts a little diesel fuel into the intake manifold to heat it up. mine is not working right - my question is -- how does the fuel get into the manifold? Without the tractor running is there any pressure to push diesel into the manifold? I don't see how it could be gravity fed?? Or does it need to be red hot (hold button for 30 sec) -- then when attempting to start is that when the fuel goes? just hoping to get some clarification. thanks
