I have a 5635 that stalled while still running, it will not start, the pump hydro locks and the starter can not turn the flywheel. It will move a few feet with the steering leavers forward until the pump hydro locks. Any suggestions?
Sorry, but your a little unclear in your description. Is this gas or diesel. Stalled while running, would suggest to me, that its out of fuel, that would be first thing to check. Will not start, do you mean will not crank, or does it crank over, but now does not fire up. Explain what you mean by hydro locks, that usually refers to a fluid,( like antifreese or fuel) which has made its way into engine and is sitting on top of pistons, preventing eng from turning. Is it possible, your alternator quit working, battery died, and only clicks, when starter is engaged. A bit more info please and thankyou.
