Genie 5519 Hydraulic Functions Speed Control

Hi. I have a Genie 5519 telehandler and am wondering if there is any way to slow down the speed of the hydraulic functions? The hydraulic functions are all rapid and I can't "inch" any movement. Wondering if there is an electrical adjustment that can be made. Thanks
