first it beeps and won’t drive but if you raise up it will drive and stop beeping but when you come down it beeps and won’t work, now it will only raise up some times and keeps beeping and when it goes up it drops itself back down

Showing any codes at the PCON or GCON? Did this just suddenly start, or was there any recent work done on the machine? Post the serial number so we know what vintage you're dealing with.

    Is it this number?

It says 18 on the box

That may be your serial, but either way only showing an 18, it's definitely an older model. In the older manual, 18 is listed as: It may be an issue with the pothole guard limit switches, but if you're on level ground I'd check the level sensor circuit first since fault code 18 is for the machine not being level, while fault code 19 would be thrown if it thought the machine was level. Can you raise the platform enough to get to the level sensor? Any chance you have access to a meter?

We got it fixed, there is a sensor on the lift and it was stuck down, thanks for the help

Check the harnesses running from pothole switches...also the pothole switches themselves for a audible clicking....the elevation switch in center of machine by tilt switch as well....
