Have a Genie GS-2646 Serial 4813 built in 98. Started acting funny losing certain functions...now will not do anything...neithier the platform controls or the lower controls will work. Sometimes gives a 47 code...sometimes gives a 02 code When you turn it on the platform control acts normal...all the lights come on as they should...till you try to do a function,,,then they may blink and act crazy... or they may go completely out..or it may just start beeping the horn. Batteries are good , and fully charged...25+ volts Sugestions?

This has a contractor on the side with the batteries ? That is your basic power on off contactor check power across that about a month ago had one loosing power there when it went under a load. Also genie sissors do not like battery problems they will shutdown and not reset on the newer ones i think until the battery charger gets to 28 volts
Found it... the emergency stop on the platform...it worked...it turned the platform lights on and off...the unit has a strobe light on it that turned on and off with the emergency stop...but it was 300+ ohms in the closed position...guess the ECM didn't like it. Thanks
