Hi all! Got an issue while lifting the platform up. With the platform levelled, if I try to lift, it's going up to 2 or 2 and half meter from the ground and stops. Alarm sounds, but no error code. After that, sometimes isn't leveling god in automatic mode and it's forcing you to do manual leveling one by one. Could be the tilt sensor the reason? Thanks for help!
Sounds like your machine is out of level. Or there is something wrong with the level sensor. You can download a service manual from genies website
