I just put a used engine in a Genie S60 its a duetz fl1011f it runs good other than at low idle it surges up and down when at high it runs smooth does anyone have any ideas
From my past experience with IH diesels on my farm equipt, idle surging can be smoothed out by adjustment of spring tension on the connecting linkage on the out side of the injector pump. Did a search on your engine and found several sites with manual download information but didn't look at any of the info. Might also due a search on the engine injector pump. Have a Genie S-65 with the Ford 243EFI engine here. It has been trouble free. Bob Chillicothe, Oh
