Steers on idle only, will not turn on fast run
A very Strange problem. Do you have a volt meter? Check what the voltage is in the basket. I'm wondering if it isn't low....as in under 12 volts and if it drops when the engine is on fast speed. A serial number would help too. I can't see why increasing engine RPM would make the steering quit.
