Does it drop down when using Auxiliary Power as well as Engine Power? Does it drop down if the engine is shut down while raising the secondary? Three things come to mind immediately: 1) The Retract Hydraulic Hose is pinched or otherwise restricted enough to maintain pressure on the pilot port of the Secondary Boom Cylinders Counterbalance Valves. 2) Damaged o-rings or debris in one or both of the Secondary Boom Cylinders Counterbalance Valves. 3) Some imbecilic clown has been jacking with the not to be tampered with adjustments of the Secondary Boom Cylinders Counterbalance Valves. If you do not have experience with hydraulic counterbalance valves stay the hell away from attempting a repair on this machine and seek professional help. If you are experienced with hydraulic counterbalance valves I will remind you to be extremely careful when working on this. Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures. The Hydraulic Counterbalance Valve can render lethal outcome from either its stored energy or from the resultant boom falling down and crushing anything and anybody in its way. There is no second chance.....

Dear VoodooMojo Thanks for your support. Its drop down either using auxiliary or engine power, also if the engine shut down. About the three things: 1.-The Retract Hydraulic Hose was verified and do not found restricted items. 2.-We will buy both counterbalance valve and we will let you know asap the result. 3.-We will check if somebody do that.
