working on a genie z45/25 early 1999 model. starts great on propane. will not start on gas. once in a while it will start on gasoline. changed fuel and fuel filter. will run on gas once started on propane and switched over to gas.
Did you check timing and spark plug gap
Id go after the choke cable. They are notorious for stretching and not working properly on start up
