We have found this and know nothing about Komatsu. Was there anything wrong with these and what would it compare to in a Cat? What does the UF mean and I have read on hear about a grey market machine and wondered if this could be one. Thanks for any help.
Still looking at this machine and would like some help. The model is wrong in my first post its a PC228US-3 and I'm hoping someone might tell me if it would make a good machine around a farm or if I should stay away from it. Thanks
Pc228us US basically means zero tailswing model. The Pc228US is the zero tailswing version of a Pc210,has basically the same engine,hydraulics and running gear but arranged differently to do away with the rear overhang. Good allround machine ,only bad points is less room to work on machine,but thats the same as any brand of zero tail swing.
The up side to one is that the likley hood of you hitting something as you swing is greatly reduced.
Our 228s have done pretty good for us can't really say if there any better then the 325s or not.
