this is a picture of a zx 450 excavator on a snow job i am on we are moving the snow so we can place 100,000 yards of mud from the slide we are working on. the dozer in the picture is a brand new deere 750j lgp
The skiing sure has been good this year, 2 weeks ago I was in waist deep powder all day and it's been good since then. Where are you at right now? It's been dry in the Seattle area the last couple days.
we are in oak ridge oregon. in three weeks we have had 5 feet of snow.
The Deere 750J LGP didn't look like the lgp part was working to good in that snow covered fill you was stuck in!!!!!!! :usa
Looks like you should of got a winch for that deere
A Pisten Bully is much better suited for snow! BTW, we need a separate forum section for snow groomers.
ide like to see some pics of snowgroomers, the newer snow cats look fun to run. i watch them at the ski resorts, way up in the back country towards the top of the mtn.
No kidding, going to a ski resort to watch the groomers work is way more entertainment than sliding around on some over priced chunk of fiberglass and wood.
A couple of threads for ya: awesome pics of some Pisten Bullys ever ran a pisten bully???
thanx countryboy i should have known there would have already been a topic on those.
Trainwreck, I take it you're working on the UP up there?
yeah i work for a contractor on this mud slide
