The manual for my IHI 35N says to replace the swing gear grease every 1000 hours. I didn't know how to do this so I called the IHI place in Kentucky and they said that I can't grease the swing gear. I just need to keep the swing bearing greased. I was wondering if the swing gear is greasable on anyone elses minis.
There isn't three fittings on the front of the machine under where the windshield is/would be?
I had a 35J. I only greased the bearing. Never had an issue, good little excavator.
