Friend bought a Takeuchi Mini Ex.All hydraulics work fine but one.Machine will not swing.Joystick does not load engine.No manual on it yet.Trying to find info on what and how to check for problem.I removed a small line at bottem of swing motor moved joystick no fluid came out of line if this helps.
