I am new to this industry. I am not sure what this number is? Can someone help me?

    Why do you need to decode that number? Are you looking for a seal kit?

    No, I am trying to find the part number, so we can post it for sale. I know that its Grove and came off of TMS 146M

    I think you just need to post what it is and what it came off. Might take awhile to sell. The buyer is the one to confirm it will work for their application.
