Is there any way I can get the hydraulic swivel out to have the seals changed without having to drop the whole unit from the Grove RT650E Crane? If it could be pulled out of the case without having to remove all those hoses, i.e. lifting out of the case. That would be great. Im trying to find the shortest way to get the job done.
Drop the whole unit. Unhook all the electric, unhook the hoses. Get it out on the bench, because you'll likely need to hone the barrel. Trying to reseal it in the crane is tough to get the can on, without rolling a seal.
Agreed, and most important, mark each hose connection to each port connection, same with electrical connections. If you mess that up during re-assembly...umm, you don't want to go there.
