Guys first of all let me introduce myself, i am dealing with spare part business (my new job) and it seems very interesting to me. I have this problem i hope that all the pro's here can guide me on how to see this. Ok let me kick off with what happen, i am actually incharge of the main pump kits and control valve kits division for CAT machines. Duhh ~ as you know new guys always get bully and the senior gets the reward. So i would like to ask you all how do i see the main pump and control valve in SIS CAT? http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y139/chardz/d.jpg Ok because for 320 control valve kit, it will require 1 (1P3702 and 1P3703) with these two seals, where can i see from the SIS on the main pump and control valve seal kits contents? Komatsu and Hitachi's so much easier, CAT is so complicated. Anyone can help me please.. Thanks alot :drinkup otherwise going to burn my whole weekend again :Banghead
anyone can tell me where should i go on SIS CAT to see "similar to those HITACHI and KOMATSU" one's.. CAT is so so so COMPLICATED. Guys please do advise me, much appreciated..
From your screenshot, just scroll down some more. It's called "pump gp" and "valve gp-control". BTW, if you're going to run knock-off copies of SIS, you're going to have to learn to live without technical support.
