Liebherr R934 oil in the coolant

Hi folks, does anyone have experienced oil coming into the coolant system for 1999 Liebherr R934 excavator with 4 cylinder engine. I have heard different versions about cracks in the head, block, head gasket, besides that does anyone have some suggestions what would be needed to check before removing head? Thanks

    Does your engine have an oil cooler, if so id check that. I have seen this a few times, you maybe able to take it to a radiator repair shop and have them pressure test it! Hope this is your problem as it may be your fastest and cheapest option!

    Actually the problem was in oil pump cooler.... There were missing O rings!!! It seems like somebody before have repaired this joint and put sealant instead of O rings...
