I have a 1994 case 580 super l extendahoe. Been noticing my hydraulic fluid getting really really hot almost burnt my hand on a tank getting off of it one day. I recently replaced the front oil cooler and have started noticing the temperature problem since then. I do notice my oil pump cavitating when it gets hot and I am starting to get seals leaking by on my Rams. I have not been able to check any foaming of the fluid I will next week could my hydraulic pump be bypassing and heating my oil and if so how do I check.
