A guy over on the Classic Machinery Network just posted a picture of a Hanomag Grader. Most of us had not been aware that Hanomag built graders. We are familiar with their Loaders,Drotts,Military gear...but not graders. Anybody here have any dealings with them? Thanks, Jim.
Hanomag Grader Hanomag made a few graders , and someone with other companys , like Baukema and Meiller . Hanomag is later takeover by Komatsu . I post a few pictures from Hanomag , a Baukema that was sold by Hanomag and a two Meiller graders .
And the other graders .
Hi Super Roel, Thanks for your reply & pictures. It's interesting to see machines that are uncommon. The last picture is similar to the grader posted in the CMN topic. Jim
Wow is that a seat on the front....
Hanomag graders About 50 years ago in Germany you most have a seat on front of a grader whit a man on the seat when you are driving on the road .
I don't see a seat belt hanging from it, so I bet the man on the seat had a very good grip from hanging on tight so as not to fall and be ran over.
Meiller grader A view pic's of a restored Meiller grader
Here are picture from a Hanomag Meiller Grader. http://heavycherry.com/machineinfo/cat/-meiller___gr12_t-1972-construction_machine-grader.html
