We have replaced the heater core on our 2006 120 Excavator 3 times since April. Has anyone had any similar issues or does anyone have any idea as to why we may be having this problem? Any help appreciated! Thanks

Yes I have seen this exact problem on 2 machines. No one (even some mechanics marginally smarter than me)has ever figured out the cause.
