hello, i don't know if is this the right place to ask.. but i will give it a try. i am in a process of rebuilding a jcb 3d. and it's time to install the cylinder head. but i don't know how much torque should i use.. the gasket set does not have any information can anyone please help ? The serial is 3d 100277 Thanks in advance.
Is there a JCB dealer near you? Besides the head bolt torque you will need the torque pattern and then once head is installed and torqued the valves will need adjusting and so on... Not sure of the cost but I would be trying to find a service manual at least for the engine. The money the manual cost would probably be less than the damage you might cause guessing at things. Any chance you know what engine is used in that 3D? From looking on line many of the manuals for a 3D specify that the manual does not include the engine.
