My Deere 892D-LC keeps shutting itself down when it gets a load on it or really if I begin to move any functions. We thought maybe it got water in the fuel so we drained the tank and stuck a shop vac in to suck up anything on the bottom and we replaced the fuel filter ran fine for bout an hour and started doing the same thing. So we did it all over again and same result. Then we got a fuel barrel we had in the shop rigged it up to the pump and ran for bout 30 minutes fine and began doing the same thing. Now im stumped and not sure what to try next. Really could use some help here. Thanks
The lift pump could be getting sluggish.Check the lift pump bango bolt on the inlet some have a screen filter in the bolt. Alsosome pumps had a screen under the big hex plug in the center.

Do you have serial number of the excavator and a model number and serial number of the engine .I will look it up to see if has one or anything else tht might do it .Also make sure the filter head is clean undr the black cap on top.Their is a check valve in thier.
